1. What type of hair do you sell?

We sell 100% single drawn Raw Indian Hair all g with 100% virgin hair Our textures include Reign Wave, Reign Curl, Straight, Natural Wave, Body Wave, and Burmese Curly.

2. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our raw hair can last 5 years or longer. Our virgin hair can last up to 3 years with the proper care. The proper up-keep and installation methods play a big role in how long the hair can last.

3. Does the hair shed or tangle?

Raw hair may experience minimal shedding, just like natural hair. To reduce tangling and shedding, we recommend sealing wefts and following our care instructions under the hair care tab or check out our instagram for tips as well @Reignedinbeautybundles

4. Can the hair be colored or bleached?

Yes! Our raw hair can be dyed, bleached, or colored. For best results, we recommend having a professional stylist handle all chemical processes.

5. How many bundles do I need for a full install?

  • 14–16 inches: 2–3 bundles
  • 18–22 inches: 3 bundles
  • 24 inches and longer: 4 bundles or more

This may vary depending on the look you want and your stylist’s recommendations.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final, unless there is a problem caused on our end. Customers have 48 hours from delivery to initiate a return for a refund. All products must be unused and in original condition to be eligible..

Processing, Shipping & Delivery

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This timeframe includes the processing of your order and the time needed for your hair to arrive and/or be prepared for pickup or local delivery. Weekends and holidays are not included.
  •  How will I know when my order is ready?
    You will receive an update once your order is ready to be shipped, picked up, or scheduled for local delivery.
  • Do you offer local delivery?
    Yes! Local delivery is available for $15. Once your order is ready, you will be contacted to coordinate your delivery.
  • Do you offer pickup?
    Yes. If you select pickup, you will be contacted once your order is ready with pickup details. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
  • Can I get my order sooner than 7–10 business days?
    Some orders may be ready sooner depending on availability, but 7–10 business days should always be allowed when placing your order.
